About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team at Lantra. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our employees and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for employee learning and development activities, including managing training records and maintaining our training and development platforms and intranet pages.
  • Proactively identify training needs and coordinate development activities, ensuring that all employees receive the training they need to excel in their roles.
  • Organize Line Manager workshops and corporate development sessions, and ensure that all employees receive training and updates.
  • Coordinate Long Service Awards and award vouchers, and support the induction of new starters.
  • Provide administrative support for social and wellbeing activities, and type up notes and circulate minutes.
Requirements
  • Experience of coordinating learning and development activities, preferably within an HR function.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to use your initiative and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
