About the Role

Job Title: Commercial Litigation Paralegal / Dispute Resolution Paralegal

Location: Central London

Salary: £65,000

Mckinlay Law is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join their leading team of partners in Central London. As a senior role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the team with a wide range of international and high-value, complex disputes work.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation/dispute resolution and possess excellent drafting, proof-reading, and research skills. They will be confident in preparing pleadings, bundles, witness statements, and exhibits, as well as applications and other legally effective documents.

The team deals with a diverse array of corporate clients in the UK and worldwide, and the successful candidate will be comfortable handling complex, large-scale matters efficiently and maintaining an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with international and high-value, complex disputes work
  • Prepare pleadings, bundles, witness statements, and exhibits
  • Develop and maintain expertise in legal matters
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve deadlines and deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation/dispute resolution
  • Excellent academics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, client, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in legal research
