Job Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Paralegal / Dispute Resolution Specialist

Location: Central London

Salary: £65,000

A prestigious American law firm is seeking a skilled commercial litigation paralegal to support their esteemed team of partners in managing a diverse portfolio of international and high-stakes disputes. This role demands a high level of expertise and analytical skills in legal matters.

The team is experiencing significant growth and is currently very active, making this a senior position where the successful candidate must be prepared to contribute effectively from the outset. Ideally, candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal specializing in commercial litigation or dispute resolution, demonstrating proficiency in drafting various legal documents such as instructions to Counsel, disclosure letters, pleadings, bundles, witness statements, exhibits, applications, and other essential legal documents. Strong proofreading and research capabilities are also essential.

The team engages with a fascinating range of corporate clients both in the UK and internationally. Candidates should be adept at managing complex, large-scale cases efficiently while maintaining a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict deadlines.

Qualifications:
