About this Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Vehicle Operations team as a Case Handler. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the daily operational delivery of Rental, Stop Gap, and MOT processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Vehicle Operations Executive with Stopgap and Daily Rental interactions with drivers, placing rental bookings and handling off-hire of bookings as required.
  • Interact with Maintenance Controllers to supervise, review, and handle ongoing and problematic cases, with the ability to investigate issues and resolve supplier issues.
  • Responsible for supplying to Vehicle Operations delivery and achievement of all KPIs for operational requirements and produce weekly summary reporting of Vehicle Operations cases to the Head of Vehicle Operations.
  • Ensure all rental vehicles issued against cases are correctly managed to and wherever possible reclaimed from vehicle manufacturers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers, leveraging these relationships to ensure an optimised level of service delivery and cost reduction.
  • Manage internal communications regarding problematic and ongoing vehicle cases to the wider Tusker business where required.
