About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Palliative Medicine Specialist to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Consultant in Palliative Care, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Palliative Medicine Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist palliative care to patients across Oxfordshire and South Northamptonshire
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of our Palliative Medicine Department, including clinical care, education, and research
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Registration with the General Medical Council
  • Experience in palliative medicine or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
