Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients with life-limiting illnesses, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Participate in ward rounds, MDT meetings, and other clinical activities to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of our palliative medicine services, including education, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
