Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled recruitment specialist to enhance our Permanent Recruitment division. This position offers a vibrant desk with numerous roles readily available from our Client Liaison division, ensuring immediate opportunities to engage with. The expansion of our Perms team is crucial to meet the growing demands of our clientele, allowing us to fill every available position while delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fostering relationships with current clients, offering consultative insights based on industry trends.
  • Engaging in business development to attract new clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to align efforts.
  • Identifying candidates through various innovative channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Conducting interviews, refining CVs, and crafting compelling bios for client presentations.
