Construction Project Coordinator

Are you a seasoned professional in the construction sector seeking your next opportunity as a Construction Project Coordinator? We are in search of a dynamic leader to oversee a significant project.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all on-site teams to ensure adherence to both schedule and financial plans.
  • Guaranteeing compliance with all on-site regulations and health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with the commercial team from the pre-construction phase through to project completion.
  • Supervising site operations, programming, and strategic planning.
  • Leading site meetings and engaging with clients and their representatives.
  • Partnering with the Contracts Manager to successfully deliver this large-scale project.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven history as a Project Coordinator on construction and renovation projects.
  • Familiarity with NEC contract forms is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and contemporary building techniques.
  • Strong programming and planning abilities; experience with Power Project is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and FAW are essential.
