Senior Regional Estate Agency Branch Director

We are working with a leading name in the Estate Agency and Property Lettings sector, with a number of very successful bases in the East and West Sussex areas, currently seeking to bring in an experienced Senior Branch Manager to look after and develop them.
Key Responsibilities:- Take control of a highly skilled team of Estate Agency professionals in several locations, who are all tasked with providing exceptional service to clients.
- Manage the business profitability and growth, identifying new leads and generating new business, whilst motivating and mentoring the team through regular meetings and coaching.
- Work closely with the team, listing new properties that have been sourced, ensuring all details are accurate and marketed correctly and appropriately, and collaborating with the team to match properties with potential buyers.
- Build on your local knowledge and contacts, staying informed about local market trends, becoming a recognized expert.
- Drive, determination, ambition, self-motivation and a passion for excellence are all key words that will help.
To succeed in this role, you must have a proactive approach to getting things done, with a strong work ethic, and a valid driving license.
