About the Role
Cubitt & West is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our branch in Sussex, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Covering for holidays, vacancies, and sickness, you will take on the responsibilities of Branch Manager across the area of Sussex, providing personal and professional estate agency expertise and advice to our customers.
- Motivate, inspire, and manage the team, running morning meetings and coaching sessions to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible service.
- Work closely with your team to download new properties, agree a suitable strategy to match potential purchasers, and successfully list a targeted number of properties.
- Keep abreast of current market conditions and develop a reputation as an expert in your field.
Requirements
- An ability to build great relationships with customers and demonstrate great leadership and adaptability towards the teams you work with.
- Drive and determination, with plenty of get up and go, pace, passion, and enthusiasm.
- A genuine interest in people and helping them on their forward journey, with a focus on turning the ordinary into the extraordinary.
- A great work ethic and matching values, with heaps of positivity and energy.
- A full driving license.
The Package
- Basic Salary: £31,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 4 months)
- On Target Earnings: £65,000 - £80,000
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays (business permitting) – Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00
- Additional Benefits: Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, plus an extra day's holiday for your birthday. Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme
