Position Overview
We are looking for an accomplished B2B sales expert or seasoned recruitment consultant to spearhead new business initiatives for our Transport, Logistics, and Industrial Division.
The successful applicant will integrate into an established team and will be tasked with generating profitable new client accounts throughout the UK.
You will be expected to achieve this by leveraging your outstanding communication skills to promote our temporary staffing solutions through various channels, including telephone, digital calls, and in-person meetings.
Collaboration with colleagues in our Talent Hub Team will be essential to ensure that service levels surpass client expectations. This role typically does not involve sourcing candidates for new positions; however, maintaining strong ongoing relationships with clients in an account management capacity will be required.

Compensation Package
- Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience. OTE: £65,000 - £100,000+
- Monthly uncapped commission
