Job Summary

Ashfords LLP is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our busy and highly regarded team in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the Corporate team, ensuring fee earners are informed of new laws and developments.
  • Assist with preparing internal and external briefing notes, undertaking legal research, and creating and updating templates.
  • Work closely with the internal Learning and Development team to provide and organise technical training, including seminars and sessions for internal and external clients.
  • Assist the team with preparing pitch documents, bids, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
About You:
  • A qualified and experienced corporate lawyer from a city or regional law firm.
  • Ability to understand and relate to internal and external clients' needs, with a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to cope with pressures arising from handling multiple tasks and conflicting deadlines.
  • Highly organised, with an eye for detail, and a flexible and adaptable attitude to work.
  • A positive, proactive, and motivated team player, keen to contribute and work collaboratively across all levels of the firm.
