About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at HUBER+SUHNER. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage inventory accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all goods are correctly recorded and allocated.
  • Update and maintain our warehouse management system (WMS) to ensure that all stock levels and movements are accurately reflected.
  • Coordinate the picking and packing of goods for dispatch, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure that all production orders are correctly processed and dispatched.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures and policies, including health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of WMS systems.
  • Flexibility to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good knowledge of customs compliance procedures and regulations.
