As an Outdoor Activity Instructor, you will embark on a rewarding journey to become a specialist in outdoor adventures. This apprenticeship is designed for individuals passionate about the outdoors and eager to gain practical experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a range of exciting outdoor activities utilizing specialized equipment.
- Acquire skills to design and conduct your own activity sessions.
- Achieve various external National Governing Body (NGB) qualifications.
- Provide entertainment sessions that ensure fun and memorable experiences.
- Conduct thorough equipment and safety checks in accordance with company protocols.
- Adhere to the company's Health and Safety policies.
- Understand and comply with the organization's Safeguarding Policy.
- Assist with various center projects.

Compensation:
- National apprenticeship wage: £5.81 per hour.
- Total earnings of £10,982.40 over 12 months.
- No National Insurance or Tax contributions during the apprenticeship.
- Enjoy 5.6 weeks of holiday.
- Rate increases to £10.10 per hour after 12 months.
