Salary: £11.61 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for all resident and customer inquiries
- Foster strong relationships with clients, assisting them in developing essential life skills
- Manage occasional emergencies and challenging situations with professionalism
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding service to our clients
- Occasionally plan and facilitate social activities
- Conduct health and safety checks, including fire safety
- Maintain the security of the premises
- Document and update client notes as necessary
- Work independently during nighttime hours
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with young individuals or vulnerable populations, including those with mental health challenges or substance use issues
- Proven ability to navigate challenging environments
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in using IT systems
