Salary: £11.61 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week – 4 x 12 hour shifts on a rolling rota

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all resident and customer inquiries
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, assisting them in developing essential life skills
  • Manage occasional emergencies and challenging situations with professionalism
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding service to our clients
  • Occasionally plan and facilitate social activities
  • Conduct health and safety checks, including fire safety
  • Maintain the security of the premises
  • Document and update client notes as necessary
  • Work independently during nighttime hours

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working with young individuals or vulnerable populations, including those with mental health challenges or substance use issues
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in using IT systems
