Tax Director

Job Summary:
JPConnections is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Director to lead our Private Client Tax division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and executing personal tax and legal compliance services and tax planning to our existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-calibre Private Client tax, trust, and legal services to clients, including High Net Worth individuals.
- Build strong relationships within the business to maximize new business opportunities and ensure Financial Planners and their clients' needs are satisfied compliantly and efficiently.
- Lead a team of tax professionals and provide guidance on tax planning and compliance matters.
- Manage budgets and financial controls to ensure the successful delivery of tax services.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant / Chartered Tax Advisor or qualified Private Client Tax Legal Professional.
- Experience of leading personal tax services, including tax returns and tax planning to private clients, with a focus on High Net Worth individuals.
- Strong budget management and financial controls experience.
