Senior Director of Tax

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Tax to lead our employee share scheme advisory projects and provide exceptional tax services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver high-quality advisory projects related to employee share schemes.
- Develop and review technical reports, including tax valuations and advisory opinions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and professional advisors, providing exceptional service and support.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and growth of the tax team, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
- Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) or Associate Diploma in International Tax (ADIT) qualification.
- Sound technical tax knowledge, with a focus on share schemes and employee incentives.
- Relevant experience in managing advisory projects and providing technical support to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
