Senior Tax Director

Pro-Tax is seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead and excel in a collaborative environment. As a Senior Transactional Tax Manager, you will contribute to exciting tax advisory projects alongside partners and directors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage tax advisory projects, collaborating with Partners and Directors to deliver high-quality results.
- Draft and review tax advisory reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide technical tax support to team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Develop and support the tax team, driving growth and excellence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Hold CTA or ADIT qualification, demonstrating expertise in tax advisory.
- Have sound technical knowledge and relevant M&A experience, with a strong commercial awareness.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Pro-Tax, where you can get involved in projects such as capital reduction demergers, disposals of businesses to EOTs, and structuring sales & leaseback transactions.
