Position Overview:

In the role of Engineering Project Lead at Safran Seats, you will be instrumental in overseeing engineering initiatives within the Technical Domain of our organization. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will be vital to ensure that projects achieve their performance objectives and yield superior outcomes. This position demands excellent communication abilities and a strong aptitude for leadership and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing project risks and formulating mitigation strategies
  • Developing project timelines, plans, and financial forecasts
  • Monitoring project advancement and addressing conflicts
  • Providing updates on project status to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Overseeing technical specifications and modifications
  • Engaging in Design Review sessions

Qualifications:

  • HNC/HND in Engineering (mandatory), Engineering Degree in Aerospace (preferred)
  • Proven experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with certification processes and Aircraft Interiors
  • Proficient in configuration management and change control
  • Experience in financial oversight within a product development context
