We are seeking a highly skilled Music Editor to join our team at Mark Allen Group Ltd. As a Music Editor, you will be responsible for crafting compelling news stories, features, and Q&As that resonate with our audience of music educators.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement content strategies to engage our audience and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with our editorial team to create high-quality content that meets the needs of our readers.
- Conduct research and interviews to gather information and insights for our content.
- Write and edit articles, features, and other content for our publications.
- Manage and maintain our content calendar to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to inform future content strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and editing, preferably in the music education sector.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content under tight deadlines.
- Excellent research and interviewing skills, with the ability to gather information and insights from a variety of sources.
- Strong understanding of digital content platforms and tools, with the ability to effectively manage and maintain our content calendar.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all content produced.
