Business Development Executive - Apprenticeships

Pertemps Newcastle & Gateshead is excited to be working with a thriving training provider specialising in training and education within the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted markets to drive sales revenue and increase market share.
  • Generate leads: Through networking and market research, identify potential new business.
  • Respond to sales enquiries: Upsell/cross-sell the full range of programmes and courses.
Account Management:
  • Manage relationships: With employers and stakeholders, identifying and executing business development opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships: With key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Gather client feedback: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Recruitment:
  • Lead recruitment efforts: Attract, screen, and present candidates to both the organisation and external employers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Working within Training and the Apprenticeship sector.
  • Proven track record: Generating revenue through new business development.
  • Knowledge: Of Apprenticeship funding rules.
  • Ability: To attract new clients and develop new business.
  • Flexibility: To attend training and events outside normal working hours when required.
