Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maximizing revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in the municipal and warehouse cleaning sectors
  • Conduct site surveys and tenders to secure new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or plant industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
