About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Groups Reservations Executive to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing group bookings, ensuring accurate and efficient reservations from inquiry to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle written and verbal enquiries from customers who want to make group reservations of 9 rooms or more.
  • Understand the hotel's strategy and support in delivering the rooms revenue monthly budget.
  • Mature new opportunities with the support of the Group, Conference and Events Office Manager.
  • Ensure all Groups (9+ bedrooms) are correctly input into the system, contracted and payment and cancellation terms fully adhered to.
  • Implement and follow a robust enquiry handling and follow-up process.
  • Maximise revenue by enquiry conversion.
  • Foster a strong working relationship with the Revenue Management support team.
  • Participate in relevant Sales activity, including supporting on client entertaining, FAM trips and both prospecting and conversion calling days.
  • Cultivate excellent working relations between your function and all other hotel supporting departments.
