We are seeking an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join our team at Devon County Council. As a Mental Health Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality social care services to individuals with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a social care pathway in line with the requirements of the Care Act 2014.
  • Offer a personalized and person-centered approach to assessment, support planning, safeguarding, and review.
  • Develop strong, effective communication skills to work in partnership with other statutory and voluntary sector organizations.
  • Commit to involving service users and carers in the delivery of a high-quality and equitable service.
