Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Wellbeing department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our luxury spa services to guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a wide range of signature holistic spa and beauty treatments, including massages, facials, and body treatments.
  • Provide individual consultations to guests to determine their specific needs and preferences.
  • Promote our luxury spa services and products to guests, including our bespoke in-house range.
  • Ensure the spa area is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and ambiance.
  • Provide advice and guidance to guests on spa facilities and services, including membership enquiries and reception duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a luxury spa environment.
  • Professional training and recognized trade certificates in holistic therapies, massage, and/or beauty.
  • Conversational English ability to communicate effectively with guests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
