Quantity Surveyor Apprentice Opportunity

We are working with a leading principal contractor, specialising in refurbishment projects across the housing sector in Scotland. This contractor is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team on a site based in Barrhead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial and contractual control of projects/accounts assigned.
  • Forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on every project.
  • Advising and guiding on contract and commercial issues.
  • Maintaining high-quality financial control systems.
  • Responsibility for cost control procedures, including managing and controlling the budget and valuations.
  • Processing of staff wages for allocated projects.

We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and outstanding commercial acumen to help the business drive excellence and achieve its growth targets.

Previous experience in a surveying/estimating role is required, as is a relevant industry qualification.
