Quantity Surveyor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our specialist team, you will be responsible for the financial and contractual control of our projects, ensuring accurate forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete financial and contractual control of assigned projects/accounts
  • Forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on every project
  • Advising and guiding on all contract and commercial issues
  • Maintaining high-quality financial control systems
  • Responsibility for all cost control procedures, including managing and controlling the budget and valuations
  • Processing of staff wages for allocated projects

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and outstanding commercial acumen to help drive excellence and achieve growth targets.

Previous experience in a surveying/estimating role is required, as is a relevant industry qualification.
