Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Major Projects division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate and timely cost reports to meet project timescales.
  • Identify and implement cost control measures to aid cost profiling and optimize project outcomes.
  • Utilize cost databases, financial systems, historical data, and trend analysis to review and interpret cost information, informing senior leaders' decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective cost management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in the construction industry, with a focus on major project environments.
  • Knowledge of NEC4 and ability to apply it in a commercial project setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform business decisions.
