Site Manager Opportunity with Fawkes & Reece London

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a high-profile commercial fit out project in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction sites, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the site and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project plan and budget.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Monitor and report on site safety, ensuring that all necessary precautions are taken to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications.
