Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Tradesperson to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our property services team, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work in a social housing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of trade repairs and maintenance work, including plumbing, carpentry, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Work to a high standard, ensuring all work is completed to a satisfactory level and meets the required quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve team goals.
  • Hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use.
Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G.
  • Previous experience working in social housing properties.
  • Flexible approach, as you will be required to work on an out-of-hours call-out rota.
