Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Injury Administrator to join our team at Chase de Vere. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our PICOP Advisers, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services to clients and solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administration services to our Personal Injury Trust Service
* Liaise with clients to ensure accurate and timely issuance of trust documentation
* Produce relevant paperwork for clients, including quotations, illustrations, valuations, and client reports
* Process new business documentation and facilitate client requests regarding withdrawals, income, and tax queries
* Manage diaries for PICOP Advisers and act as the primary point of contact for new inquiries from clients, solicitors, and barristers
Requirements:
* Qualified to A-Level standard or equivalent
* Experience in an administration role, preferably within the Financial Services industry
* Excellent communication and planning skills, with a proactive approach to workload management
* Attention to detail and ability to instil confidence in clients
