As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust reporting capabilities, empowering stakeholders across the organization with actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their data needs and translate them into insightful visualizations and reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, providing a clear and concise representation of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data and business processes, optimizing data services and ensuring data integrity.
- Leverage your expertise in SQL and Python to conduct in-depth data analysis, uncovering trends and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to establish robust data quality standards and maintain clear data lineage, fostering a culture of data transparency.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization, advocating for the use of data insights to improve operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Proven technical skills in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strong understanding of business reporting, relational databases, and data modeling principles.
- Proficiency in Power BI, with additional skills in SQL, Python, statistics, or machine learning a significant advantage.
- Ability to build relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
