Job Title: Full Time Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Bubble CiTea. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of bubble baristas and ensuring the smooth operation of our kiosks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of bubble baristas to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of our kiosks, including inventory management, cash handling, and security procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any problems or issues that may arise in the store, including customer complaints, inventory discrepancies, and equipment malfunctions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Ideally, you will have experience in a supervisory role in the fast-paced food and beverage industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and team members.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the UK.
