Full Time Supervisor Opportunity

Bubble CiTea is a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Supervisor to join our team in Brighton.

About the Role:

  • As a Full Time Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of bubble baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high product quality.
  • You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and promoting a positive team culture.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Leading team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
    • Ensuring product quality and customer service meet company standards
    • Managing inventory, stock handling, and cash handling procedures
    • Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
    • Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer engagement

About You:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong track record of driving sales and improving customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  • You should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, and be legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and leadership skills, you will be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
  • You will be responsible for managing and creating content for our social media channels, including TikTok.
