Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our ERP and Dynamics CRM team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Create and execute strategic territory plans to maximize revenue and market share within the UK and Europe.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely closure of deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Work closely with internal teams, channel partners, and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
Account Management: Oversee key accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Training & Development: Continuously develop professional skills and leverage available resources to stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related ISV solutions.
Reporting: Generate and present sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in ERP and/or CRM solutions sales, specifically within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 space.
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts in the UK and Europe.
- Strong industry relationships and knowledge of the ERP, CRM, and ISV landscape.
