We are seeking a charismatic Night Hotel Host to join our team at Bankside Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Develop strong relationships with our guests and anticipate their needs to deliver a personalized experience.
