Key Responsibilities- Manage daily operations using our bespoke order and customer management system and Microsoft Outlook.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure pricing, lead times, and other critical details.
- Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide detailed quotations and technical support for customer inquiries.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Maths, Economics, or a related field.
- At least three years of relevant work experience in a Project Manager, Coordinator, Operations Manager, Technical Coordinator, or similar role.
- High level of IT literacy, with experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with accurate time management and record-keeping.
- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000, dependent on experience.
- 37.5-hour work week with flexible hours for site visits.
- 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays, with 3 days allocated for Christmas closure.
