Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for referrals and inquiries directed to the Hospice. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues, hospice teams, external healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to deliver a responsive and professional administrative service.

The ideal candidate will exhibit flexibility, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately. We seek an individual who embraces change and is eager to tackle new challenges.

You will possess outstanding communication skills and demonstrate personal resilience, as you may need to interact sensitively with individuals who are experiencing emotional distress. Previous experience in palliative or end-of-life care is not required, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
