Job Title: Talent & Culture Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Talent & Culture Coordinator plays a critical role in planning, managing, and controlling benefits, wages, salaries, labor, and team member relations. This position assists in developing and formulating policies, procedures, and practices to support the operational needs of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administrative activities related to payroll, benefits, legal compliance, and employment law.
  • Develop the Learning and Training budget.
  • Implement guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate direction.
  • Develop a recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process.
  • Encourage employee development to achieve their highest potential.
  • Create and implement an integration and training strategy to enhance employee performance.
  • Support operations and assist in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals.
  • Coach management on handling and resolving performance issues.
  • Interview, select, train, appraise, coach, counsel, and discipline departmental employees/managers according to company standards.
  • Effectively communicate with team members.
  • Anticipate and address employee relations matters, respond timely to employee inquiries, and promote team member satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to prioritize work in a multi-interest environment, and ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
