We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Care Assistant to join our dynamic team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to lead fulfilling lives, promoting their independence and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Support individuals with learning disabilities and autism to develop daily living skills, including cooking, shopping, and personal care.
- Plan and facilitate activities that promote social, cognitive, and motor skills, such as arts and crafts, games, and sensory experiences.
- Engage clients in community-based activities and outings, helping them build confidence and connections.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
- Competitive pay rates ranging from £12.00 – £24.20 per hour.
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing paid training.
