HR Strategy Projects Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Strategy Projects Officer to join our HR & OD Strategy Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping effective HR strategies, policies, and processes to drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage a range of complex projects and initiatives from start to end, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Procure and implement external services, manage existing contracts, and review performance to resolve issues in line with Service Level Agreements.
  • Collaborate with other services to improve HR&OD efficiency through research, analysis, and engagement activities.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of supplier management and contracts management, as well as effective communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of managing complex projects or initiatives from start to end.
