We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving complex change initiatives that simplify the lives of our customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects from initiation to close, ensuring successful delivery and handover to end-users.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to identify benefits and track benefits realization.
- Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring effective project delivery.
- Lead and motivate project delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring proactive mitigation and resolution.
- Monitor progress against plans, taking corrective action as needed to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets and key performance indicators, ensuring financial discipline and accountability.
- Coordinate key decision gate reviews, ensuring alignment with Schneider Electric's project delivery framework.
- Manage project communications, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and information sharing.
- Interface with Schneider Electric's Digital organization, 3rd-party developers, and project teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Assume ownership of resource coordination, ensuring successful project deployment and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Mastery of project management and software tools, including MS Excel, MS Project, and Teams.
- Engineering, project management, or related degree, with Prince2, MSP, or other project management accreditation a plus.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, with a strong track record of delivering technical or complex change management projects.
- Comfortable with waterfall and/or agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
