- Customer Communication: You will relay full details of the jobs to engineers, ensuring that repeat visits are avoided, and provide customers with all relevant information for the works to be completed.
- Issue Resolution: You will deal with any queries or issues that arise from the scheduled works, ensuring that customers' needs are met while considering business costs involved.
- 1+ years' experience in a telephone-based admin role.
- 1+ years' experience in a scheduling environment would be beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence and ability to deal directly with customers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- The ability to manage clients' expectations and requirements.
- UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Up to £26,000 pa, dependent on experience.
