About the Role

Marmion is seeking a highly organized and confident individual to join our growing scheduling team. As a Business Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning and Scheduling: You will be responsible for planning and scheduling engineer works, taking into consideration the location of booked jobs and the qualifications of attending engineers.
  • Customer Communication: You will relay full details of the jobs to engineers, ensuring that repeat visits are avoided, and provide customers with all relevant information for the works to be completed.
  • Issue Resolution: You will deal with any queries or issues that arise from the scheduled works, ensuring that customers' needs are met while considering business costs involved.
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in a telephone-based admin role.
  • 1+ years' experience in a scheduling environment would be beneficial.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Confidence and ability to deal directly with customers, engineers, and stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage clients' expectations and requirements.
  • UK resident and unrestricted right to work in the UK.
