We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the club's cleanliness to the highest standards.

As a vital member of the Cleaning Team, you will deliver exceptional service by ensuring a clean and safe environment for our members, guaranteeing that cleaning activities do not disrupt the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks as directed to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Complete routine inspection sheets and daily/weekly cleaning checklists.
  • Execute deep cleaning tasks in high-traffic areas, including showers and changing facilities.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and COSHH guidelines regarding the use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Provide customer service by addressing member inquiries and feedback.
  • Report any issues with cleaning equipment to the Cleaning Team Supervisor.
  • Notify the Cleaning Team Supervisor of any incidents, including accidents, theft, or other irregularities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Shift Details: Shifts typically start in the late afternoon and extend into the evening across a 7-day schedule. Hours are flexible.
