Position Overview:
We are seeking a Versatile Maintenance Engineer with a focus on electrical systems to become a vital part of our facilities management team.

North Essex - covering various sites.

Full Time, Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Versatile Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our hard services team, engaging in maintenance activities across multiple locations.

Your daily tasks will encompass:
  • Executing planned preventative maintenance and responding to urgent repair needs across the facilities.
  • Managing all mechanical and electrical systems, water hygiene, and building fabric upkeep.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all mechanical and electrical equipment data.
  • Serving as the Low Voltage Authorised Person for the contract in accordance with industry standards.

Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for you if you possess:
  • Relevant industry qualifications along with experience in fault diagnosis and maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and building fabric disciplines.
  • Proficiency in first response for all electrical and mechanical apparatus, including lighting systems, emergency lighting, sockets, air handling units, air conditioning, boilers, pumps, pressurisation units, generators, fire alarms, and security systems.
  • Certification equivalent to NVQ Level 3, along with 18th Edition and 2391 qualifications.
  • A valid driving license.
