Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team at our site in Rugby. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and efficient operational service to all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line advice and guidance to line managers on all matters relating to the employee lifecycle.
  • Track and provide data as requested, using data to suggest and implement initiatives.
  • Maintain HR System holding employee information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partner with Learning and Development and line managers to support in the identification and provision of training and development needs.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 minimum.
  • HR legislative understanding and knowledge.
  • Proven experience in advising on HR-associated matters.
  • Adaptable/flexible.
  • Commercial and proactive mindset.
  • High level IT skills using MS Office suite.
