About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Meeting and Events Sales Executive to join our team at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel London Kensington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and occupancy of our meetings and events function rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage competitor intelligence, pricing, and function room inventory to drive revenue growth.
  • Liaise with the accommodation department to secure quotations and manage bedroom inventory.
  • Arrange appointments, trial meals, and show rounds with clients as required.
  • Pass sales leads and enquiries to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Ensure all credit policies are adhered to, including deposits and payment clearance.
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-conference meetings with hotel operations staff and clients.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
