About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Neuropsychologist/Forensic Psychologist to join our team at North Thames Genomics Laboratory Hub. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver psychological input across the hospital, working alongside a comprehensive multidisciplinary team.
  • Formulate plans for formal psychological therapy, based on a number of provisional hypotheses derived from psychological theory and evidence-based practice.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care.
  • Contribute to the development of local team policies and procedures to improve service quality.
  • Provide clinical supervision to designated assistant psychologists and other multidisciplinary staff.
  • Participate in audit and service evaluation to help develop service provision.
Requirements
  • Hold a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
  • Have experience working with clients with neuropsychological and dementia-related conditions.
  • Be able to communicate complex information effectively to clients and other professionals.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
