We are currently seeking a Water Engineering Project Manager to lead various projects and site operations. This role involves overseeing the successful execution of multiple initiatives, including design, construction, commissioning, and project handover, while managing timelines, budgets, and commercial aspects.

In this capacity, you will provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines. As a vital member of the project team, your focus will be on achieving project objectives and maintaining high performance levels. You will collaborate closely with civil and MEICA teams to ensure project requirements are met efficiently and effectively.

If you possess experience in managing projects from design through to commissioning within the water sector, this position may align well with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects to deliver MEICA services within the water sector
  • Keep project teams updated on progress and developments
  • Oversee Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Contribute to delivering exceptional service to clients
  • Engage in technical planning and project scheduling
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and financial plans
  • Uphold health and safety regulations
  • Conduct site evaluations and generate progress documentation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preferred certifications: IOSH, SSSTS, or NEBOSH general certificate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the water sector or a comparable process-oriented field
  • Relevant HNC, degree, or engineering qualification
