Aldwych Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Water Engineer Leader to join our team in Manchester. As an Associate Director Water Engineer, you will be responsible for leading our Water Engineering team in Manchester and contributing to the company's growth in the UK Regulated Water Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Framework outputs and specific projects, coordinating project resources and producing fee proposals.
  • Develop and maintain a team environment, ensuring collaboration and confidence in project delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing advice on work-related liability and potential risk issues.
  • Provide QA governance to ensure consistent standards are delivered.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree with significant experience in the UK Regulated Water Sector.
  • Professional qualification (Chartered Engineer registered with the Engineering Council).
  • Excellent leadership, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
